Senior Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze complex business problems using data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights

Identify and interpret trends and patterns within datasets to support decision-making

Construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic / tactical plans based on data analysis and market knowledge

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

5-7 years of business analysis experience

6+ years of managed care experience

Experience in creating Business Requirements Documents, Test Plans, and User Training materials

Participation in all project development stages including research, design, testing, and implementation
