Bilingual Collections Specialist

A company is looking for a Bilingual Collections Specialist who will be responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments.

Key Responsibilities

Increase the collection of outstanding payments within the personal finance department

Identify accounts with overdue payments and find solutions to help bring loans to a current status

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections

Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented
