Roles :

Develop automated test scripts using client's existing framework

Enhance test framework with additional features as needed

Ensure the developed test scripts meet the existing coding and automation standards

Ensure that the developed scripts meet the functional criteria

Take complete accountability of the consistency, reliability and performance of the automated test scripts

Ensure daily / weekly target of automation scripts development is met consistently

Report the automation development, execution, block status to client and internal stakeholders on a daily basis

Co-ordinate with functional QA or SMEs to get the test scenarios or test cases or receive functional walk-throughs as basis for automation script development

Scale the automation execution by setting up Selenium grid or Saucelabs or Lambdatest instances

Perform periodic test executions and maintenance activities on automation

Capture and present metrics on automation such as automation coverage, automation ROI, defects reported etc

Integration selenium automation with other ALM tools such as ADO / Jira etc
