Primary Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret customer drawings to formulate quotes based on material specifications and required manufacturing processes.
  • Work directly with customers and have the ability to relate processes with customer specifications.
  • Create Sales Orders, build Routers and create shop Work Orders from quote.
  • Prospect for leads to build and diversify our customer base.
  • Work effectively to deliver an exceptional customer experience to retain and build customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong organization skills with attention to details.
  • Previous manufacturing, metal fabrication, sales and customer service experience.
  • Ability to utilize computer applications such as Word, Excel and learn ERP software.
  • Ability to meet customer deadlines and prioritize work accordingly.
  • Ability to read and interpret customer drawings. (AutoCad experience is a plus)
