Job Description

The Lead Superintendent would be responsible for :

• Manage daily on-site construction activities for ground-up multifamily projects.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to address challenges and changes.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective construction practices.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
