We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Delivery Expert to join our team in Suffolk, United States. As a Delivery Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities include :
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport orders to customers' locations
- Accurately process customer orders, including receiving phone orders and using computer systems
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring correct monetary change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and work area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Adhere to company policies, food safety standards, and traffic laws
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any issues to management
- Assist with additional in-store tasks as needed, such as food preparation or cleaning
