We're looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to partner with our Quickframe Marketplace engineering team - building a creative marketplace that connects brands with video professionals to deliver high-quality advertising content. As TPM, you'll drive execution, bring clarity to complex initiatives, and ensure alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders. If you thrive on coordinating high-visibility technical programs, scaling processes, and accelerating delivery in fast-paced environments, this role is for you.

What You'll Do :

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap prioritization in collaboration with engineering leadership.
• Translate product vision into scoped technical programs and execution plans.
• Drive end-to-end program delivery of managing risks, dependencies, and timelines across engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure smooth execution across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure clear communication, alignment, and documentation across teams - keeping stakeholders informed of product features, updates, and progress.
