We'd love to hear from people with :

• 2 years retail / customer service management experience OR
• 4+ years of US military service
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
• Minimum high school or GED

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge / skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
