Job Description

Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Dentist to provide both routine and non-routine dental care in Tom Green County, Texas. The ideal candidate shall be responsible for the provisions of dental care services for residents at the Facility.

Requirements :

  • Valid Dentist license in Texas
  • DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited dental school
  • Comply with all immunization requirements
  • Pass required drug test and fingerprinting
  • Complete all required facility and agency trainings
  • Commitment to 3-month contract with possible extension

    • Responsibilities :

  • Provide dental services for patients both routine and non-routine
  • Perform documentation of all services provided
  • Perform various patient care duties, under the supervision of the Medical Director
  • Follow facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet Joint Commission, CMS, BSH, and facility accreditation standards and directives
