Qualifications

2+ years in multi-family property management or similar experience.

Energetic, approachable, and resident-focused.

Strong leadership skills to guide leasing, marketing, and maintenance teams.

Positive problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel; Entrata experience is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drive property performance, occupancy, and profitability.

Manage delinquency and enforce financial standards.

Conduct property inspections to maintain high standards.

Lead and mentor office and maintenance teams.

Approve budgets and participate in hiring top talent.

Deliver exceptional resident service promptly and professionally.

Ensure compliance with all housing and safety regulations.

Prepare and share regular operational reports.
