We are looking for an experienced full-time, hourly Maintenance Technician to join our team. Pay Rate : Total annual compensation ranges from $50k to $60k based on experience and efficiency; the pay is hourly (overtime available)

Job Schedule : Typical schedule is M-F, starting at 7 : 30am (some nights and weekends may be required as we offer 24-hour service)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to support our HVAC Maintenance team. Duties include performing maintenance tasks on all makes and models of residential HVAC systems (inside and out) all while focusing on providing a "best in class" customer experience.

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning of coils, drains, and elements; inspecting connections, motor operations, and thermostat function; monitoring refrigerant pressure (and more)
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and the Sunshine team
• Maintain detailed notes of all interactions in customers' records.
• Maintain inventory / supplies on your assigned company vehicle
• Maintain necessary tools
• Must practice safety at all times
