About the role : Massage Therapist - Abbott Park, IL Working 1-2 day Massage Events; 6-8 hours / day

HealthFitness is looking for a Massage Therapist to join the team at our corporate client site in Abbott Park, Illinois. In this position, you will be responsible for administering professional chair massage services to a wide variety of members and guests. This is an as-needed position working when Massage Events are scheduled throughout the year. This client has multiple facilities within Lake County where the events will be held.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform numerous massage modalities and adjust delivery mode to address the needs of each customer.
• General understanding of body treatments and be willing and able to learn the products and services provided.
• Therapist must be willing and capable to deliver on site chair massage in a corporate setting (incidental travel, set-up and tear down); must bring your own chair and supplies.
• Must function as an active member of an integrated health and wellness team and support department wide events and strategies.

Minimum Requirements

Compensation : $40 - $50 / hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
