Position Overview : As a Recruiting Manager, you will take ownership of Cornerstone's hiring strategy. You will lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts across all departments to support our ambitious growth trajectory. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that requires confidence, initiative, and the ability to attract top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Develop and execute proactive strategies to attract top talent in engineering, project management, and administrative roles.
• Actively headhunt and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking events, and direct outreach.
• Conduct high-volume outreach and candidate calls daily to maintain a steady talent pipeline.
• Draft compelling job descriptions and optimize job postings for maximum visibility and engagement.
• Conduct structured and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and refine job requirements.
• Ensure a top-tier candidate experience, representing Cornerstone's brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Assist with HR systems (HRIS), onboarding, and compliance support as needed.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline the hiring process and improve efficiency.
• Support performance management initiatives and employee relations as necessary.
• Oversee offer letters, background checks, and hiring documentation to ensure compliance and a seamless onboarding process.
