A leading, and fast growing 3PL Company near Temecula is seeking a Receiving Clerk.

Position Tittle :   Receiving Clerk

Working Hours :  7 AM to 4 PM

Working Days :  Monday - Friday

Pay Rate :  $18 / Hr. to $20 / Hr. (DOE)

Position Description :

  • Shipping / receiving clerical experience
  • Handling LTL’s, FTL’s, and parcel shipments (processing)

WMS / RF experience

  • Basic Microsoft Office experience (word, excel, etc.)

    • Handling BOL’s, packing list, vendor deliveries

  • Carrier communication via email / phone calls
  • Manage all incoming shipments by verifying purchase orders
  • Inspect products for damages
  • Inventory Management
  • Record keeping / reporting of received product
  • Customer order processing
  • Stock items in designated areas
  • Utilizing a manual pallet jack
  • Other duties may be assigned

    • Requirements :

  • Attentive to detail & be able to work in a fast-paced environment
