SENIOR CNC PROGRAMMER

As a Senior CNC Programmer, you will work with our engineering and manufacturing team to scale Freeform's high-volume, vertically integrated machining operation. You will program and run best-in-class 5-axis DMG machines to post-process metal 3D printed parts for the most inconic companies in aerospace, defense, automation, and industrial industries. You will need to be creative and think critically about optimizing programs and automating machine operations to continuously improve throughput and part quality. We are pathfinding the future of manufacturing where high-volume metal printing and precision CNC machining come together to create a new paradigm in how things are made. Responsibilities :

• Program, set-up, and operate 5-axis DMG CNC mills to post-machine complex metal 3D printed parts with extreme precision and high-throughput
• Take part in process improvement projects and help in constantly improving machine shop operations
• Complete machining operations from blueprints, drawings and / or schematics under tight tolerances
• Deburr and wash / clean finished parts
• Manually inspect parts using tools such as micrometers, thread gauges, and indicators
• Perform machine preventative maintenance and manage cutting fluid
