The mission of the Lone Wolf program is to support, operate, and maintain the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network – Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES) which is a DoD-provided, TS / SCI, integrated voice, video, and data, global communications network that facilitates collaboration among senior leaders and key staff. The Lone Wolf program boasts a professional workforce comprised of specialists throughout the Information Technology lifecycle and who contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities :

The duties and responsibilities of the Senior Customer Project Manager include, but are not limited to, the following :

  • Lead large-scale or complex project segments, including cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Analyze new and complex project-related challenges and develop innovative solutions in areas such as finance, scheduling, technology, and methodologies.
  • Provide systems analysis, customer coordination, and liaison support for troubleshooting site outages and maintenance requests for government sites, facilities, or distributed locations.
  • Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, risk, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and project-related coordination.
  • Track project performance and implement process improvements where needed.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and executive-level briefings.
