- And much more...\n\nPosition Summary : \n\nThe Acute Rehab department features a 12-bed unit dedicated to helping patients regain function after an injury or illness. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care tailored to the unique needs of each patient, considering age and cultural backgrounds. This role involves working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team focused on quality and safety standards.\n\nIn this position, you will coordinate patient care on the Rehab Unit, facilitate problem-solving among staff, and effectively communicate with nursing administration and the Program Manager as necessary.\n\nYou will monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and their families. Assisting patients with daily living activities—including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and mobility—will be key. You will also collaborate across disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and addressing spiritual and psychosocial needs.\n\nAs an advocate for your patients, you will evaluate their learning needs and provide education tailored to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.\n

- \n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.\n
- Active RN License from Arizona or a compact license required.\n
- BLS certification required upon hiring or within 30 days.\n
- EHAC / ACS certification required within 90 days; must meet annual requirements.\n
