Job Description
- Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Mentor junior staff and support team development

The Successful Applicant
Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project managementExperience with industrial or commercial construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgetingProficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)What's on Offer
