This is a unique and ground-floor opportunity to become the founding Universal Home Service Technician in this new territory. You will be instrumental in establishing our brand and reputation for excellence from day one. We are currently investing in a dedicated sales team that will spend the next six months building a strong customer base. Our strategic goal is to commence full service operations for these new service contract customers on January 1st, 2026 . As our pioneering technician in the area, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering on our service promises and ensuring the comfort and peace of mind of our new clients.

The Role of the Universal Technician : Your Impact

Our business operates on a home service contract model. Homeowners invest in an annual service contract that provides them with coverage for their home's essential systems and appliances. When a covered item malfunctions, they contact us, and you, as our skilled Universal Technician, will be dispatched to their home to diagnose the issue and perform the necessary repairs. Your primary responsibility is to provide a seamless, professional, and high-quality service experience, upholding the esteemed standards our company has maintained for over five decades. You will be the go-to expert for a wide array of home systems, including :

• Air Conditioning (HVAC) : Diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of residential AC units.
• Plumbing : All aspects of residential plumbing systems, including leak detection, fixture repair / replacement, and drain clearing.
• Major Appliances : Servicing refrigerators, ovens, ranges, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, garbage disposals, and more.
• Basic Electrical : Troubleshooting and repair of residential switches, outlets, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and other common electrical components.

Pay : $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
