About the Role
We are looking for a Hospitality Coordinator to join our team. This position is part-time and based in a corporate office setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, professional polish, strategic thinking, and operational efficiency.
The role involves overseeing operations and movement for assigned spaces, working closely with Meeting & Event Managers to execute events, greeting guests, and assisting as needed. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in basic A / V and IT functions, use internal systems to manage space and usage, and maintain effective communication and positive relationships with all operating departments.
