A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead site-wide operations.

Location : Warrenton, MO.

Salary : $120,000 $145,000 base, and relocation assistance.

Responsibilities :

Report to the General Manager and oversee all plant functions.

Manage production, maintenance, quality, purchasing, and continuous improvement.

Support sales, customer relationships, and new product development.

Develop and execute the plant's strategic plan.

Improve current products and lead new product development.

Implement systems to improve quality, efficiency, safety, and profitability.

Lead and develop the plant's management team.

Promote and apply company values in daily operations.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or related field.

2. 8+ years of plant management and production team leadership.

3. Experience in packaging manufacturing is required.

4. Experience with polystyrene foam containers (food / vegetables) is a plus.

5. Lean Manufacturing and / or Six Sigma certification.

6. Experience with paper products is required.

7. Strong background in process improvement, change management, and lean principles.

8. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

9. Motivated, flexible, and able to take initiative.

10. Proven track record of promoting a strong safety culture.

11. Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
