Onward Search is hiring for an Account Coordinator in Irvine, CA for our pharmaceutical client! This is a one year contract with potential to extend. Pay is $22hr / W2. Hybrid.
Overview
The Account Coordinator supports the day-to-day management of client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams and clients, maintaining smooth communication, accurate documentation, and organized project flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing client projects, coordinating timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
- Support the Account Manager in overseeing projects through legal and medical review processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, billing updates, and project documentation.
- Develop accurate project estimates and budget reports in collaboration with internal teams.
- Communicate project details and updates effectively across departments and with clients.
- Manage administrative tasks including job openings, status reports, and file organization.
- Participate in creative development sessions, providing input to ensure strategic alignment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in marketing, account management, or agency operations preferred.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in standard business software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management tools).Why Join Us
