The Position : We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with specialized expertise in healthcare facilities and deep familiarity with HCAi / OSHPD requirements . This role leads teams through all phases of design and delivery, ensuring technical accuracy, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance for large-scale healthcare projects across Southern California.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and design through construction administration.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality healthcare facilities on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary client contact, building strong, lasting relationships.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies (including HCAi / OSHPD).
• Ensure technical accuracy, code compliance, and design excellence.
• Mentor and support junior staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
