Design fraud-resistant and compliant processes for onboarding, payouts, and performance tracking. Community & Ecosystem Building Run affiliate-centric events and activations to boost engagement and drive incremental GMV. Systems & Process Leadership Ensure accurate performance tracking across GMV, CAC, ROAS, and incrementality metrics. Create SOPs for affiliate lifecycle management : onboarding, retention, reactivation. Team & Partner Management Collaborate cross-functionally with creative (briefs, hooks, content testing), finance (payouts, P&L), and ops (inventory, fulfillment). 5+ years in growth, performance marketing, or affiliate / TikTok program management. Proven success scaling TikTok Shops or affiliate programs to $1M+ annual revenue. Expertise in affiliate systems design, tiering structures, and fraud-resistant processes. Strong command of TikTok paid media (Spark Ads, UGC testing, live selling). Track record of building and managing affiliate communities (Discord, Whop, events). Operator mindset : systems / process fluency (CRMs, dashboards, attribution). Experience managing agencies, contractors, and internal teams. LA-based preferred; remote considered for exceptional candidates.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Growth Manager (TikTok & Affiliates) to architect and execute our TikTok Shops and homegrown affiliate program into a 7-figure acquisition channel. This role will own both the strategic roadmap and day-to-day execution, leading agencies, contractors, and internal associates. Reporting directly to the CMO, the Growth Manager will be accountable for P&L ownership, channel revenue targets, and building scalable systems that fuse paid media, affiliates, and creator-driven community into a growth flywheel.
