Northwest Regional Irrigation Practice Lead

HDR is seeking an experienced professional to lead our irrigation practice in the Northwest. This role will drive planning and design of irrigation projects, lead project teams, and develop client relationships across the region.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and design of irrigation projects, including coordination and supervision of project teams.
• Drive engagement with irrigation clients across the Northwest region; work independently and supervise medium to large teams.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and contract cost estimates.
• Mentor and supervise staff; foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
• Support business development related to irrigation projects and work with irrigation districts, the Bureau of Reclamation, Army Corps of Engineers, and NRCS; familiarity with the Bureau of Indian Affairs and Tribes is desirable.

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. In Washington : $123,102- $224,710; in Montana : $123,102 - $185,630. Stored benefits are for full-time regular positions; temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.
