Tailor solutions to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring that HR processes such as performance management and employee engagement needs are streamlined and optimized. Work closely with internal teams, including sales representatives, implementation managers, and client representatives, to ensure seamless project delivery. Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery based on the client’s timeline. Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and client communication to guarantee successful implementation and high client satisfaction. Desired Skills & Attributes Ability to quickly grasp new HR technologies and systems. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Experience working in a remote environment and managing virtual client relationships effectively. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. HR Background (3-5 years of experience) or equivalent knowledge of HR processes (e.g., payroll, benefits, performance management, recruitment) Proven experience in HR technology implementation, including system setup, configuration, and post-implementation support. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to effectively understand client needs and deliver customized solutions.
