As a Security Officer - Unarmed Warehouse Patrol in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned logistics and distribution locations, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating clearly with all site personnel. Job Schedule : Day Time

Mon 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Tue 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Wed 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Thur 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Fri 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the logistics and distribution location.

Respond calmly and with problem-solving skills to incidents and critical situations as they arise.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe for any unusual activity and promptly report security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with emergency response activities as directed, following established protocols.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs or reports of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and client expectations.

Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, visitors, and employees to support a secure and welcoming environment.

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
