Job Title : Tax Senior, Supervisor

Location : Louisville, KY- Hybrid flexibility

Requirements : 3+ years Tax experience for Seniors, 5+ years and CPA strongly preferred

Base Salary Range : $80k to $100k / year + commission + bonus (Based on Experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Senior - Supervisor. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse range of clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to tax regulations. This position offers an opportunity to lead a team while providing exceptional service and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and review tax returns for various entities including corporations, S-Corps, partnerships, and individuals.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support on tax-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and staying updated on tax law changes.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for tax-related inquiries and services.
• Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize tax positions.
• Prepare and review tax provisions and financial statement disclosures.
• Utilize tax software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
