Job Summary
Office Administrator in the Integrated Delivery Services of Congruex plays a key support role, helping to ensure the smooth operation of the office and assisting with administrative tasks related to large-scale telecom projects. This role involves a combination of organizational, logistical, and communication responsibilities, working across multiple departments to keep everything running efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Administrative Support : Managing documentation, scheduling and calendar management, correspondence handling.
- Coordination with Teams : Project coordination, team liaison, travel arrangements.
- Support with Procurement and Resources : Ordering supplies, inventory management.
- Assisting with New Hire Onboarding : Scheduling orientation, setting up workstations.
- Data Entry and Reporting : Entering project data, generating reports.
- Document and Contract Management : Contract administration, compliance documentation.
- Meeting and Event Organization : Preparing meeting materials, event planning.
- Financial and Billing Support : Invoice processing, expense tracking.
- Communication and Customer Relations : Client / vendor interaction, internal communication.
- General Office Management : Maintaining office environment, budgeting, problem solving, special projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.Minimum 3+ years of office administration experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize.Keen attention to detail.Preferred Experience
