Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with at least 2 years of current MRI experience, ARRT (MR) certification, and proficiency with GE equipment.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Position is in a hospital MRI department
  • Works with GE MRI equipment
  • Uses Meditech Expanse EMR, with experience strongly preferred
  • Shifts are not block scheduled and do not offer 10 or 12 hour options
  • Evening, weekend, and on-call shifts are required as needed
  • Travelers must work two major holidays or associated weekends, including options from Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year holidays
  • No block scheduling or non-standard shift requests will be considered
  • All time-off and scheduling requests must be finalized at the time of consideration
  • No changes to schedule will be approved after the offer is accepted
  • Travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible
  • A permanent home address must be provided for consideration
  • No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted

  • Minimum of 2 years of current MRI technologist experience
  • Active ARRT (MR) certification required
  • Experience with GE MRI equipment required
  • Meditech Expanse EMR experience strongly preferred
  • Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and take call as needed
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
  • License required if applicable
