Lincoln Meadows Care Center is looking for a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team on the NOC shift. What You'll Do :

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance with kindness and respect.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions promptly to the charge nurse.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and after-meal care.
• Help residents with mobility, positioning, and transfers safely.
• Take vital signs, record intake / output, and chart observations accurately.
• Maintain clean, comfortable, and organized resident rooms.
• Support residents emotionally by fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Uphold resident dignity and confidentiality at all times.
