You will manage the defined specialized care for patients who are experiencing acute illnesses or injuries. Recognized as an interdisciplinary leader within the service area.

Position Overview :

• Conduct physical assessments and medical histories of patients.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding their acute conditions and treatment options.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in rounds, case conferences, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
