A company is looking for a Market Development Specialist to join the Inside Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, qualify, and nurture leads while providing administrative support to sales representatives
Engage prospects in consultative conversations to uncover needs and maintain detailed documentation in CRM
Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring smooth communication and follow-through
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma with equivalent experience accepted
2+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or account management
Proven ability to meet quotas in a fast-paced environment
Strong technical proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
Consultative selling and solution validation mindset with strong research and prospecting skills
