DIRECT SALES ASSOCIATE
Michigan Broadband Services is actively seeking a Direct Sales Associate to prospect customers primarily in the Traverse City market and promote Fiber Internet, hosted voice, and streaming TV services through in-person interactions.If you are highly motivated and enjoy working in an ever-changing fast-paced industry, we are looking for you! On the job training and all the tools necessary to help you succeed will be provided.
This is a full-time hourly based position with potential for excellent commission pay and comes with a full benefit package.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell products through door-to-door solicitation in Michigan Broadbands market.
- Ensure the customer has a positive experience from the initial contact, address their concerns, and recommend the best products needed for the customer.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the advantages of Michigan Broadbands service offerings.
- Accurately complete all required paperwork, including sales agreements, customer contracts, and all other necessary documents.
- Build a robust lead pipeline and conduct phone and / or email follow-ups to secure sales.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Meet monthly individual and team sales goals.
- Manage an organized calendar and attend scheduled appointments.
- Must be able to meet with clients at times that work best with their schedules, this will include evening and Saturday appointments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Ability to handle mature conversations with customers and other employees in a respectful format.
Qualifications
High school diploma.Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience.Excellent phone, communication and computer skills.Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.Benefits
