Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is looking for motivated individuals to join our team at our Rockledge, FL corporate headquarters.

Location :

  • Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team at the Rockledge headquarters.
  • In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing skilled trades professionals nationwide to meet client needs.
  • This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service or staffing experience who wants to grow their career in recruiting.
  • This position is in office and fast-paced — you’ll collaborate with teammates, meet client deadlines, and help staff projects that directly impact industries across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for skilled trades roles :
  • sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
  • Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience from start to finish
  • Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
  • Support company initiatives such as employee recognition, events, and team culture
  • Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or high-volume customer service
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
  • Knowledge of employment and labor practices is a plus
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred but not required
