A company is looking for an Associate Director Communications to lead communication strategies for the Midwest / Mid-Atlantic region.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement communication strategies in collaboration with market presidents and senior leadership

Coordinate internal and external communication plans to enhance brand awareness and connect employees to business goals

Manage communication campaigns and analyze performance to continuously improve strategies and tactics

Required Qualifications :

8+ years of experience in the communication field

Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Experience working with local and national news media outlets

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

Demonstrated success in developing communication plans for various initiatives
