Sales Account Manager – Energy & Power Infrastructure

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to lead business growth across North America. You’ll develop new accounts, nurture key relationships, and represent the company at industry events and trade shows. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
Identify, approach, and close new clients in the energy and industrial sectors.
Manage ongoing client relationships with exceptional service and responsiveness.
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement commercial strategies.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to drive profitability.
Represent the company at trade shows and client meetings across Canada and the U.S.
Monitor industry trends to maintain a strong competitive position.
Qualifications
3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the electrical equipment or power industry .
Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Understanding of transformer, substation, or power distribution systems is an asset.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable with C-level client discussions.
Able to travel across North America as needed.
Highly self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented.
