Vanguard's Workplace Solutions Marketing department creates great content that connects with 401(k) prospects, clients, and consultants when they want to start, deepen, or maintain a relationship with Vanguard. We help our business partners in the Workplace Solutions division tell compelling stories about our retirement plan capabilities, including recordkeeping, investments, and advice.

Reporting to the head of Workplace Solutions Marketing's editorial team, this editorial manager leads a team of writers who produce :

• Sales and marketing materials to help our B2B client-facing teams re-win existing retirement-plan clients' business.
• Advertising and other content that supports our market-leading TDF position and grow interest in our active fixed income products.
• Articles, videos, and event-related scripts to inform our audiences and drive consideration of our expanding retirement income offerings.

Responsible for excellence in Performance Marketing materials across Workplace Solutions, this leader will drive the development of storytelling that differentiates Vanguard from its competitors and inspires our audiences to take action. In addition, they will hold responsibilities as a Registered Principal Responsible to ensure our processes remain in compliance. Finally, they will apply their superior writing skills in support of key Workplace Solutions and Marketing initiatives and activities.

This role is part of our hybrid work model with Tuesdays Thursdays required in our offices to foster collaboration and relationships. On Mondays and Fridays, our crew will have the option to work remotely, or continue working from our offices in Malvern PA. Relocation assistance is available for this role.
