Job Title : Manager, Respiratory Care

Job Description : The Manager of Respiratory Care is a Registered Respiratory therapist who is responsible for ongoing operational oversight of the Respiratory Care department. Working with the director and other leaders, he / she ensures high quality respiratory care services are provided.

Education Requirements :

• Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy or related field is preferred.

Licensure / Certification Requirements :

Knowledge / Skills / and Abilities Requirements :

Able to work in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment. Interpersonal communication skills necessary to work with hospital employees, physicians, patients, family members and community professionals. Ability to work flexible hours to meet Department needs.
