A respected law firm in Roseland, NJ is seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Attorney to join its growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative group of attorneys who are dedicated to delivering exceptional client service while fostering a supportive and professional workplace. Compensation
Base pay range
$215,000.00 / yr - $300,000.00 / yr
This range is provided by Distinct | North America. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on estate planning, wills, trusts, guardianships, and related matters
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including revocable / irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives
- Represent fiduciaries in probate, trust administration, and estate settlement proceedings
- Provide guidance on estate and gift tax planning strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive client solutions
