Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) 4 Senior Consultant to lead a disconnected OpenShift installation and support related infrastructure deployment activities for a short term 80 hour engagement. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in OpenShift disconnected operations , cluster setup, and secure platform management in air-gapped or restricted network environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead deployment and configuration of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4 in a disconnected (air-gapped) environment.
  • Design and manage OCP infrastructure to ensure stability, scalability, and security.
  • Support disconnected operations , including image mirroring, registry management, and offline updates.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to maintain compliance with organizational standards.
  • Provide troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge transfer for ongoing operations.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship (required).
  • Proven experience deploying and managing OpenShift Container Platform 4 .
  • Hands-on experience with disconnected (air-gapped) OpenShift installations .
  • Strong background in OpenShift infrastructure and cluster management .
  • Familiarity with image registries, CI / CD pipelines , and container security .
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
