This role requires a strategic leader who can balance business development, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Beyond the VA, you will also play a critical role in SonderMind's broader expansion into military and government partnerships, identifying opportunities with DOD, TRICARE, and other agencies to diversify revenue and expand SonderMind's impact. You will collaborate closely with Executive Leadership, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to ensure the business is well-positioned for sustainable growth.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments and is passionate about improving mental health access for veterans and military communities.
