Overview

Arizona Licensed Litigation Attorney (Remote) – Latitude Legal. A law firm with offices nationwide is looking for an Arizona licensed attorney with at least six years of experience litigating to assist with general, commercial, employment and / or personal injury litigation matters on a remote basis. This can be a contract or permanent position depending on what works best for the candidate. It can be either a part-time or full-time opportunity.

• Handle general case workup activities such as written discovery, motion work, depositions and trial preparation in civil litigation matters.
• Practice general, commercial, employment and / or personal injury matters in a law firm setting.

Compensation & Benefits

The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $170,000 to $200,000 or more. Pay is based on work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
