Job Overview

Position is responsible for crafting and distributing messages related to T-Mobile’s business. The role participates in the development of T-Mobile’s communication planning process, including knowledge of key stakeholders, development of key messages and tactical plans to support the organization’s positioning and priorities. The position acts as an advisor on communications and change management, interacting with internal and external partners and managing implementation.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and guide communications projects within T-Studios that are developed for internal employees and external customers. End‑to‑end project management activities include initial planning, leading kick‑off meetings, communicating with partners, managing timelines, reviews / approvals, and facilitating delivery / execution of projects.
• Build and maintain positive partner relationships with collaboration, negotiation, and consistent open lines of communication.
• Manage and guide process improvements to overall studio management process within the studio.
• Also responsible for other duties / projects as assigned by business management as needed.

$74,100 – $133,700

Corporate Bonus Target
