We are looking for a dedicated Audio / Video Technician! This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and exceptional interpersonal skills, who can assist in delivering high-quality audio and video solutions for events. The successful candidate will ensure all technology needs are met, while maintaining professionalism and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE : Weekday and Weekend shifts - most are 10 hour shifts 4 days a week with 3 days off!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with banquet and event teams to provide requested technology solutions and ensure proper setup, breakdown, and storage of equipment.
• Monitor event orders and respond promptly to requests, inquiries, and opportunities to enhance technology delivery.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and efficient availability of technology before, during, and after events.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, offer solutions, and suggest additional technologies when appropriate.
• Implement security measures and ensure all cables and wiring are safely and professionally arranged to meet luxury resort standards.
• Assist in delivering various media formats, including audio, video, text, and animations, while staying updated on industry trends.
• Document and improve processes under the guidance of the Technology Manager to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
• Inspect, repair, clean, and maintain event equipment, ensuring operational readiness and keeping teammates informed of equipment status.
• Work under pressure in both public-facing and behind-the-scenes roles, adapting quickly to changing conditions and maintaining professionalism.
• Travel to other locations as needed for training and event support, demonstrating independence and initiative in all tasks.
