About the Role :

We’re seeking a technically hands-on, commercially sharp Chief Product Officer with deep experience in MRI and AI-driven imaging. This role will oversee all aspects of product development and innovation from translating customer needs into product roadmaps to managing engineering teams and launching scalable, reliable AI solutions.

This is not a marketing-focused CPO role. We need someone who can build and run a multi-parallel, engineering-led AI product organization. You will work cross-functionally to bridge customer insight, R&D, and delivery ensuring the product roadmap is strategically aligned and executed with technical precision.

What You'll Do :

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap with a deep understanding of MRI workflows and AI technologies
  • Lead and mentor engineering and product teams , instilling a culture of speed, excellence, and technical ownership
  • Translate upstream marketing insight and customer feedback into structured product requirements
  • Oversee project delivery , ensuring timely launches with the right features and scalability
  • Instill discipline in project management enabling the engineering team to execute in parallel tracks effectively
  • Act as the technical voice of the customer , balancing innovation with real-world clinical value
  • Help reshape product thinking, influence engineering mindset, and remove internal blockers

What We're Looking For :

  • Proven MRI + AI product leadership experience ideally from a fast-paced startup or growth-stage company
  • Strong technical product leadership background , capable of managing complex AI-driven development cycles
  • Track record of hiring and managing high-performing technical teams
  • Comfortable with hands-on execution and high-level strategic planning
  • Deep experience interfacing with engineering , pushing for scalable design and delivery
  • Strong commercial instincts you know how to connect technical decisions to market and business value
  • Ability to assess candidate and team fit quickly and instinctively—especially in high-growth environments
  • Passionate, self-driven, and purpose-led—you love what you do and it shows
