RN Nurse Manager to oversee our Labor and Delivery and Mother Baby Unit at Providence Little Company of Mary in Torrance in Torrance, CA. This is a full-time position that will work closely with each department to ensure the highest quality of care and excellence in the workplace for our Caregivers.

• Alternative Work Schedule : In a month period, each manager will be onsite for at least one 5-day work week, one 4-day work week and the remaining two weeks will have a dedicated day "Office Day" to work in office or from home.​

The RN Nurse Manager is accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the administrative management of multiple nursing units and / or FTE's over 80 on a 24 hour basis. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager position. Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to assigned age specific patient population (e.g., infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, pediatrics), and participates in related continuing education.
