Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics (IP Policy & Risk)
The Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics (IP Policy & Risk) leads global intellectual property policy development and strategic enforcement initiatives across Walmart's ecommerce platforms. The right person in this role oversees external-facing guidance, internal training, and operational workflows to ensure consistent, clear, and customer-trust-driven IP practices. With direct and dotted-line reports, the Senior Manager partners across Legal, Compliance, and Operations to drive global alignment, monitor emerging risks, and strengthen Walmart's brand protection posture.

San Bruno, California US-08848 : The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401 : The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock
Minimum Qualifications...
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years' supervisory experience. 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
