job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOpportunity to interact with our customers, whether a regular guest or a visitor to Tucson Opportunity to gain pastry and pie production experience in a high-volume, commercial environment Fun, fast-paced, family like environment Day time hours and flexible schedules Free shift meal and employee discount Free daily loaf of our scratch made bread (and all the bread puns you can handle) Full Time employees enjoy Health, Dental and Vision coverage Greet and take customer orders at the counter or via phone with the goal of making their day Assist customers in deciding between our incredible pie and pastry options Stay current with menu changes and rotating specials Follow all cash handling and POS procedures Ensure appearance and cleanliness standards are met in the pie shop Follow all sanitation and health policies and procedures Learn the art of producing the perfect treat consistently at a high volume in an industrial kitchen Prepare, weigh, bake and rotate pastries, cakes and cookies following to our locally loved recipes Set up and maintain our pie cases Work in a commercial setting, operating food processors, mixers and other equipment safely and according to best practices A team player who is positive and takes pride in excellent customer service and consistency Dependable and hard-working Able to multitask and work efficiently Able to work a flexible or changing schedule A team player who is positive and takes pride in consistency Must be at least 18 years old Able to lift more than 20 pounds Organized and self directed
