Job Summary
This position will ensure that the branch operations run efficiently and according to all standard operating procedures. You'll play an important role in ensuring our drivers, warehouse associates, service technicians and associate care center teams are supported and led at the highest level. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in leading teams, customer service, fleet management, safety and warehouse operations. This role is internal facing and is a part of a highly functioning team, working closely with the Customer Service Managers and other key branch leaders to ensure that our associates can work in a positive and safe working environment where their needs are met.

Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities :
On-site at branch daily, working with internal associates and branch leadership to drive efficient operationsLeads the team of route drivers, ensuring we maintain appropriate staffing levels with safe, well-trained drivers to meet the needs of our clientsServes as the branch's fleet champion, ensuring key performance metrics in sustainability, finance, and safety are met or exceededLeads the associate care center, ensuring the appropriate leader is in place to connect with drivers and daily tasks are completed according to Canteen policyKnowledge of all equipment, fleet and technology used by team to run effective routes and operate an efficient warehouseSkilled in preparing reports to be used in presentations to associates or leadershipPreferred Qualifications :
